Life Onboarding Process Steps
Learn how to navigate through your onboarding dashboard.
- To start the onboarding process, you will need to click on the start onboarding link on your invite.
- The first step is to identify you.
- There are three methods to do this.
- From the dropdown, select which option best applies to you.
- If you are new to Reagan, you will need to create an account.
- To create an account, you will need to provide your name, email, phone number, birthday, and your NPN or your Social Security Number.
- Next, you will need to create a Username and Password.
- Then click start invite.
- Once you a logged in and your account is linked, you can start the onboarding process by filling out your personal information.
- To start, you can provide your SSN, the NPN number is optional. Then fill out your name and Date of Birth.
- Make sure the information you put here is correct, so SuranceBay can locate your account.
- Click Next when you are finished.
- The next step is to choose your carriers.
- It you would like to be contracted with this carrier, click ‘Yes’ under the ‘Add to App’ section.
- If you need a release from a carrier, you can select yes or no under the ‘Released Needed’ section.
- Click next for the last step.
- This step is the contracting agreement. You will need to sign you name here and then click submit.
- From here you can start the SuranceBay single sign on process by clicking the ‘SuranceBay Login’ button.
- Before doing so, please be sure you have all the required information listed.
- Clicking on the “SuranceBay Login” button will open a new tab so you can create your SuranceBay SureLc account.
- Your last name, SSN, and DOB will be used to create an account and pull license information from NIPR.
- Please read over all information before creating an account or agreeing to terms and conditions.
- The “Doing Business As” section will be the first section that you will want to complete.
- Next, fill out all the information in the “My Information” section. Please don’t forget to fill out the Driver’s license section at the bottom.
- Please add the Bank Account information if required.
- Next, you will want to complete the Errors and Omissions section.
- Then, you will want to complete the Anti-Money Laundering section. This is located in the CE & Training Section.
- The License information will be pre-populated from NIPR.
- Please be sure to fill out any additional information SureLC may require, which will be indicated by the notification icons.
- These icons will appear as dots next to the section in the left toolbar.
- Once all of the information has been filled out, you can go back to ReaganAI to view your application status and upload documents.
- Click on the “App Dashboard” on the side navigation bar.
Once your SuranceBay application has been completed, it may take up to 30 minutes for the information to sync with ReaganAI.
