Payment Forms Steps

Learn how to update your payment forms in RAI.

 

  1. Welcome to HFG Training.

  2. In today’s training session, we will be going over how to fill out payment forms.

  3. To begin, open your account information request email and click on Reagan AI.

  4. Here, you will log in to Reagan, which will take you to your agent dashboard.

  5. From your agent dashboard, click your name and then account.

  6. You will find payment forms located here under this tab.

  7. Once you have clicked the payment forms tab, you will see all the required items to be filled out.

  8. Start by clicking the W-9 tab and fill out the required fields.

  9. Once you are finished, click save.

  10. Next, please fill out your banking information and then click save.

  11. The documentation tab is optional. This is where you can upload voided checks or W-9.

  12. To edit your information, click back in a tab and click edit.

  13. Once you have made your changes, click save.

  14. The final step is an electronic signature. Type your name and click save.

  15. A popup will appear to submit your changes.

  16. If you are not ready to submit, you can press cancel here.

  17. Otherwise, click I Agree to submit.

  18. You have successfully updated your payment information. Thanks for watching!
